How can I book a free trial?
Currently we are unable to offer free trials due to the pandemic. We expect to resume free trials in 2021.
Do you accept Childcare Vouchers?
Yes! We are partnered with many voucher schemes such as the ones listed below.
How can I pay you using Tax Free Childcare?
Once you have your Tax Free Childcare account set up, simply search your nearest venues Ofsted number to add us to your account. Our Ofsted numbers can be found on the Ofsted website, or you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to request.
What will my child be doing at your clubs?
Perhaps we should publish timetables of our activites, but there is a good reason we dont do that!
What do I need to bring?
Once you have made your booking, you should receive an email with our parent pack attached. This will give you full information on everything you need to bring, and much more. If you can't find this pack, please check your spam.
My child is 4, can he/she still attend?
Currently we are not able to accept 4 year olds due to only offering full days. We hope to welcome back our 4 year olds for half days in 2021.
Do you offer any discounts?
We usually offer an array of discounts, however as our places are extremely limited due to bubbling the children safely in small groups of 15,we have had to suspend discounts for the time being.
Refunds and Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your place, where possible please give 48 hours written notice and your account will be cleared without any charge. You may write to us, or email us at email@example.com. If you do not give us written notice, your account will be charged for the full day. If write to us with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a 10% fee of the booking. We cannot accept cancellations via the phone. All cancellations must be in writing. If you would like to amend your booking, please send your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and await confirmation.
Can I contact the club to speak to my child?
How do I book?
All bookings are made via our website. You will need to create yourself an account where you can input your childs medical details, contact information and also amend and cancel bookings. If you're having issues booking, please contact us direct.
I'd like to speak to you about my child before they attend
If you want to have a chat with us before your child starts, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will arrange for the club manager or admin team to give you a call back.
My child has additional needs / allergies. Can they still attend?
JC Academy accepts all children, and we welcome you to join us for a free trial before you book. That way you can see whether our club is suited to your families needs, and to see if your child enjoys attending. It is vital that your child is able to listen to safety instructions and be able to follow basic expectations around bubbling and distancing.
How are you bubbling the children?
Your children will be bubbled into consistent groups. On booking, you will be given a choice to book in either red or blue group. Please ensure your consistently book your child into the same colour group each day. (This does not apply to Lichfield as Lichfield only has one bubble)
What's the difference between the colour groups?
There is no difference between red and blue group. This just allows us to bubble the children consistently throughout their time with us. Each group will have a designated area and staff member each day.
Are your venues COVID secure?
Yes! All of our venues have been adapted to suit our activities and ensure the children are at low risk of infection. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each activity and social distancing is actively encouraged.
